This April, Jekka's Medicinal Herb Days

Join us for the inaugural Jekka’s Herb Days! We’re delighted to invite you to the very first Jekka’s Herb Days, taking place on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th April.

This special event brings together a fantastic lineup of experts on our Potting Shed stage, including renowned herb grower Jekka McVicar, herbalist Bee McGovern, and food writer Jenny Chandler.

You’ll also have the chance to explore herbs in depth with themed guided tours of Jekka’s Herbetum, led by Hannah McVicar and Claire Goulding, a Medical Herbalist.

The National Institute of Medical Herbalists will be joining us to share insights into herbal medicine and practical guidance on using medicinal herbs in daily life.

And Chiki Monkey, a Bristol-based caterer, who takes inspiration from the Middle Eastern cuisine, will be offering a creative and mouth watering plant-based menu throughout the day.

As a proud independent family business, we love to support local artisans! This year, we’re delighted to welcome back Shorkk and The Village Pottery, familiar faces from Jekka’s HerbFest. We’re also joined by Saskia Essences, a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, who will be sharing her beautiful flower essences, similar to Bach Flower Remedies.

Discover more about these wonderful makers in our latest blog!
