Description

This illustrated gift voucher/card makes an ideal gift for any keen gardener or cook.

The recipient will be able to spend the voucher on Master Classes, Herb Plants, Herb Seeds, Herbal Infusions/Teas, Books and Gifts, such as, Illustrated Homeware.

Herb Plants are only available to purchase direct from the farm via collection, on our Open Days or during other Herb Experience days. All other products can be purchased through our online shop.

Please note gift vouchers expire after a year. Please see the tab "T&Cs" for the our full Terms and Conditions as well as the main page.

Add details of the recipient and delivery instructions into the 'Add a note to your order' box at check out and we will send the card directly to them.

T&Cs

As per our Terms and Conditions, gift vouchers (both digital and illustrated gift cards) are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

Digital gift vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase. There are additional postage costs associated with provision of a illustrated gift cards. Such costs are added to the voucher cost and shall be paid at the point of purchase. As per our Delivery Information, please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Returns Information. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded. It might be possible to reissue the code. Please email, sales@jekkas.com with your name, recipient name (if applicable) and order number.

Gift vouchers can be used for part or full payment. If the cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking.

Delivery

Following our root of being ‘green, environmentally friendly and sustainable', we use eco-kraft boxes that are FSC approved and do not use any plastic in the posting of our products.

All our orders are dispatched with a standard delivery note, which includes addresses and items ordered but no prices. We will also include any gift note you have written at check-out.

Local pick-up from the herb farm is available, please choose the option at checkout. You can collect your orders any weekday between 8:30 am and 4 pm.

Postage, apart from our Culinary Herb Boxes, is by Royal Mail.

Free standard postage in the UK for orders over £85 (inc. VAT)*.

For orders to be delivered outside the UK, we strongly advise checking with your local customs office prior to placing the order online. Please note, for seed orders, our seeds have UK Plant Passports and carry the information required by the UK’s seed marketing regulations. However, we do not issue phytosanitary (health) certificates (PC). International orders are placed at your (the customers) risk.

Update 6th December 2024: We have paused shipping to Europe and Northern Ireland whilst we understand the new GPSR rules. Thank you for your patience whilst we work out the implications.
